This Privacy Policy explains how Royal Chrome, Inc. ("Royal Chrome," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit royalchrome.com (the "Site"), contact us, or participate in our text messaging program.
SMS privacy, in short: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
1. Information We Collect

When you call, text, or otherwise contact us, or when we work together, we may collect your name, mobile and other phone numbers, email address, mailing or project address, company name, the content of your messages, and details about your project.
Text messaging consent records
If you opt in to our text messaging program, we keep a record of your mobile number, the date and method of your consent, and any opt-out requests, so that we can honor your choices.
Information from the Site
The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts, and it has no forms that collect personal information. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability. Some interactive features of the Site store small preferences in your own browser's session storage; that information never leaves your device.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with subcontractors that provide support services to us, such as our messaging provider.
4. Your Text Messaging Choices
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, call us at (949) 867-4963, or email hello@royalchrome.com. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. See the SMS section of our Terms of Service for details.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business, tax, and legal records. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor your request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
